If you are looking to move donations from one page to another, unfortunately, this is not possible. Doing so may result in issues with reporting, which can cause confusion and inaccuracies in fundraising data. Additionally, Enthuse does not allow donations to be transferred due to platform-specific limitations, ensuring accurate and secure management of transactions.
However, there are a few options available to you if you need to move donations from one page to another.
Option 1: Request a refund and re-donate to the correct page
The first option is to request a refund for the donations made on the incorrect page and then re-donate on the correct page.
To initiate a refund, please contact Enthuse's support team with the details of your donation. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days, though in rare cases it may take longer. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days, please reach out to support again for further assistance.

Option 2: Add an Offline Donation
You can also add an offline donation to the correct fundraising page. This will account for the donations made on the incorrect page and ensure that your fundraising total is accurate.
Only the fundraiser can add offline donations to their page.
If you are the fundraiser, you can add offline donations by clicking on the + Add Offline Donation button while logged into your page (see below)
Note: The offline donation option is not available for certain campaigns & events - such as Mass Participation Events, and sometimes charities may have this feature disabled. In these instances, we recommend contacting your charity to add offline donations on your behalf.
