Offline donations are your responsibility to send to the charity, if you'd like to add funds collected elsewhere to your page and have us send them on your behalf, you might prefer to pay in donations
Please note: the offline donation option is not available for certain campaigns & events. In these instances, we recommend paying in your donations. If this is not possible, please contact the charity directly.
Where the ability to add an offline donations exists, you can do this by following these easy steps:
Sign in to Enthuse on our login page
Select Manage > My Fundraising Pages or Team Pages (depending where you want to log the donation) in the Enthuse menu and click search to see a list of your fundraising pages.
Click the Cog icon > Offline Donations on the same row as the fundraising page you'd like to add donations to.
Click Add new on the popup
Enter the following information:
Name/Source: the name of the person donating or the source of the donation.
Donation amount: the amount of the offline donation.
Donation date: the date you want to associate with the offline donation.
OD Payment ID (optional): If you've been given a reference code
Message (optional): any message you want to appear under the donation on your fundraising page.
Ticking Anonymous donation to make the donation anonymous.
The name/source of the donation will not be displayed on your fundraising page.
Ticking Hide donation to hide the donation.
The donation will not be included as an individual donation on your fundraising page. However, the donation amount will still be included in the total amount raised for your page.
Click Add Offline Donation.
