When you’ve received donations towards your fundraising from friends and family, select Pay in donations to donate to your page on their behalf.
Use this option for proceeds of fundraising events (eg. bake sale) too.
How to pay in donations
1. Log into your fundraising page
The first thing you need to do is log into your fundraising page.
2. Select Pay In Donations
When you've done that, your page will have a Pay in donations option. It'll be underneath your fundraising total.
3. Follow the steps to make your donation
You’ll notice that there’s no option for Gift Aid here - this is because donations made on behalf of others aren't eligible for Gift Aid.
