If you've received donations from your supporters and you need to add them to your fundraising page, offline donations are a great way to do that.
If the donation hasn't been paid to the charity yet, you'll need to get in touch with them and find out how they'd like to receive it (eg. if you've been given a cheque).
Alternatively, you can donate to your own page on another person's behalf. We recommend doing this by donating in your name, and we can change the display name afterwards - please contact us and we'll be happy to do that for you.
Here's how to add an offline donation:
Note: We're using a desktop PC in the screenshots below, but you can do this on mobile too.
Select the Add offline donation option on your page (you'll need to be logged in).
Enter the amount of the donation, and the name of the donor as you would like it to appear on the page.
When you've selected Save, the donation will appear on the page.
If you'd like to add a message, select Edit, enter the message, then select Save.
That's it! If you need any help, just let us know.
