A guide to understanding your Personal and Team Fundraising Pages Reports

Finding and exporting reports

To find and export a Personal or Team Fundraiser report follow these simple steps:

Navigate to Manage -> Personal Fundraise Pages or Manage -> Team Pages

Here you can search via company or connected platform (E.G. London Marathon)
Filter by:

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Custom code status

  • Page status (live, closed, any)

  • Search by:

    • Page info

    • person

    • Supporter ID

    • Event Info

Once filters have been applied, click export


Understanding your Personal & Team Fundraising Pages Reports

When accessing the Personal & Team Fundraising Pages Reports you will see a number of fields that will support with the reconciliation of your fundraising.

Personal Fundraiser Report

Please find below the related fields and what they mean:

  • Supporter ID: A unique identifier for this supporter

  • Company Name: The company or connected platform this is related to (E.G. London Marathon

  • Person: Name of supporter

  • Email: Email address of supporter

  • Title: Fundraising Page title

  • Created Date: Date page launched

  • URL: The unique URL of the fundraising page

  • Fundraiser Page ID: Unique fundraising page ID

  • Event Page ID: Unique Event page ID (If connected to an event)

  • Event Page Title: Event Page Title (if connected to an event)

  • Event Page URL: Event Page URL (if connected to an event)

  • Currency: Currency on fundraising page

  • Raised: Total amount raised

  • Raised (inc. Gift Aid): Total raised including Gift Aid

  • Offline donations: Amount of offline donations

  • Target: Page fundraising target

  • Status: Page status (live, closed)

  • Marketing Opt-in Answer: Consent to charity marketing

  • Marketing Opt-in Date: Date of consent to charity marketing

If you have Donor, Fundraiser or Event Custom Codes, these will also show on this report.

Team Pages Report

Please find below the related fields and what they mean:

  • Supporter ID: A unique identifier for this supporter

  • Company Name: The company or connected platform this is related to (E.G. London Marathon

  • Email: Email address of supporter

  • Title: Fundraising Page title

  • Created Date: Date page launched

  • URL: The unique URL of the fundraising page

  • Fundraiser Page ID: Unique fundraising page ID

  • Event Page ID: Unique Event page ID (If connected to an event)

  • Event Page Title: Event Page Title (if connected to an event)

  • Event Page URL: Event Page URL (if connected to an event)

  • Currency: Currency on fundraising page

  • Raised: Total amount raised

  • Raised (inc. Gift Aid): Total raised including Gift Aid

  • Offline donations: Amount of offline donations

  • Target: Page fundraising target

  • Status: Page status (live, closed)
