What will happen to your fundraising page?
On 20th September 2024, we will close your fundraising page for the 2025 RideLondon Essex event. This will mean that you’ll no longer be able to access your page, and no further donations can be made. If you’d like to thank your donors before 20th September, see here for how to do this.
What is the process if your donors request a refund?
If needed, our process for refunding donors is outlined here.
Note: Refund requests must be made by the donor.
Once we have paid the funds to the charity, refunds are handled by the charity directly and are at their discretion.
How can I find out more about this event and future events?
Please contact your charity, or London Marathon Events for further information - they are best placed to provide guidance on deferred places and or event places.
