Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events until 2034. Their technology is integrated with our registration process which means 100% fundraising page creation and higher activation rates for your charity. Pages are fully branded with the logo and colours of the charity the participant has chosen to support, putting good causes in the spotlight. On top of that, Enthuse is the only platform directly integrated with the event app. Fundraising pages on Enthuse receive donations directly via these apps, making it easier for supporters to donate on event day. This is all available with zero set up or subscription fees.
How will the 2027 event profile be configured?
There will be one one event profile for the 2027 double marathon, incorporating activity from both days. Charities will also have one profile for the 2027 TCS London Marathon profile which they can customise and promote to supporters.
Will we be able to identify which day a fundraiser is linked to?
Yes, from your Enthuse back office you will be able to identify which day a fundraiser is connected to. An extra column will appear in your usual reports to indicate the “Event activity” (Saturday and Sunday) a fundraiser is connected to.
Can I use Enthuse to manage my charity places?
With pre console registration, charities can set up a custom registration form and implement a tailored communications strategy, linking directly to the charity profile.
Does my charity have to use Enthuse for the Saturday event?
Yes, as part of their entry terms, charities with places in the Saturday event do have to promote the official online fundraising platform, Enthuse, over and above other platforms.
