If you are fundraising for a mass participation event (London Marathon, Great North Run, Swim Serpentine etc.). You won't have set up a password.

In this case, trying to reset your password, won't work.

To log in to your page, click the "hamburger menu" (3 lines) on the top right-hand side of your fundraising page and click "Login"

Enter your email address when prompted, this will provide you with a one-time login link.

Each time you'd like to log in to your page you can follow this process.

If you signed up for an event with a "register now" button, you will need the link sent to you in your welcome email. If you don't have this email, please contact [email protected] and we can provide this for you.
