How to Log into Your Enthuse Account Without a Password
If you are fundraising for a mass participation event (London Marathon, Great North Run, Swim Serpentine etc.), you won't have set up a password. Trying to reset your password won't work. To log in to your page, click the "hamburger menu" (3 lines) on the top right-hand side of your fundraising page and click "Login."
Enter your email address when prompted, and a one-time login link will be sent to your inbox.
Check your email inbox for the one-time login link sent by Enthuse.
Click on the link provided in the email to instantly access your account.
Each time you'd like to log in to your page you can follow this process.
If you encounter issues, check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email has not been misdirected.
This streamlined process eliminates the need to keep track of a password, making your account more accessible while maintaining security.
If you signed up for an event with a "register now" button, you will need the link sent to you in your welcome email. If you don't have this email, please contact [email protected] and we can provide this for you.
