If you’ve finished fundraising and you want to prevent any more donations, you can close your fundraising page, don't worry, as long as the page isn't deleted, you can still reopen it later.

To close a fundraising page simply Sign in to the Enthuse platform
Select Manage > Team Pages in the Enthuse menu and click search to see a list of your fundraising pages.
Click the Cog icon > Close on the same row as the fundraising page you'd like to close.
Click Yes in the pop-up window that opens.
Tip! If you decide you want to reopen the page, you can do it at any time by clicking the Cog icon > Live.
Deleting your team fundraising page
If you're sure you're finished fundraising and no longer want your team page, you can delete your page.
Warning: We don't recommend deleting team pages, as once a page has been deleted it cannot be retrieved.
First, follow the steps above to close your team fundraising page
Then click the cog icon next to the page you want to delete, and select delete.
Click Yes in the pop-up window that opens.
Warning: Once a page has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
