This article is for Fundraisers on the Enthuse Platform
You can edit your fundraising page to personalise your fundraising target, profile photo, banner image, or content, so your supporters know exactly who they're donating to and how much the donation means to you.
There are a couple of ways to do this, and how to find your fundraising page.
The different ways to find and edit your fundraising page are:
Logging into the Enthuse platform
Login with your order number if you registered via our Events Platform
Login with your registration link if you registered via our Events Platform
Logging into the Enthuse platform
Sign in to Enthuse on our login page
Select Manage > My Fundraising Pages in the Enthuse menu and click search to see a list of your fundraising pages.
Click the Cog icon > Edit on the same row as the fundraising page you'd like to edit.
Follow the steps to update your fundraising page.

Login with your order number
Logging in and editing your Event fundraising page without an account.
If you have registered for an event, you can log in to edit your fundraising page without having an Enthuse account.
To do this, click on 'View your fundraising page' in the second email you got after registering or head to the Event/ Appeal page and at the Top-right hand corner click the hamburger menu -> Login.
Then, use your email address and the Order Number you received in your receipt email after registering. If you can't find your order number, just email [email protected] and we can send it to you.
Finding Your Order Number
Check Your Confirmation Email: After registering or making a purchase, you should receive a confirmation email. Your order number is typically included in this email.
Review Registration Details: If you have access to your registration or order details, the order number is usually displayed next to your name.
Contact Support: If you cannot locate your order number, reach out to Enthuse Support with relevant details about your fundraising page or donation. They can provide you with the order number you need.
Verify Email and Order Number: Double-check the information you are entering to ensure accuracy. Even minor typos can prevent successful login attempts. For ongoing issues, consider clearing the browser's cache or trying to log in from another device or browser. If problems still persist, contact Enthuse support for assistance.
This will take you to your dashboard. Select View Fundraising Page.
Finally, you can click on Edit profile pic / Edit background / Edit display name / Edit story / Edit target to make any changes you'd like to your page.
Log in with your registration link
Logging in and editing your Event fundraising page without an account.
If you have registered for an event, you can log in to edit your fundraising page without having an Enthuse account.
In order to log in, you'll need your registration link. This will be in the email you received after you registered (it'll look something like the below)
This will take you to your dashboard. Select View Fundraising Page.
Finally, you can click on Edit profile pic / Edit background / Edit display name / Edit story / Edit target to make any changes you'd like to your page.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are unable to log in or are experiencing errors such as captcha prompts or invalid login credentials, follow these steps:
Check the Login Link: Ensure that you are using the correct and most updated login link provided. Outdated links can often cause access issues.
Resolve CAPTCHA Errors: If you experience repeated CAPTCHA security prompts, try clearing your browser cache or using an alternate browser. This can often resolve common glitches.
Ensure Platform Accuracy: Confirm that you are accessing the correct fundraising event or platform. Ensuring alignment with the correct Enthuse environment is key to troubleshooting login errors. If issues persist, verify that you are following the most recent instructions provided.
