All you need to do to verify your charity's account, so you can be paid out, is add your charity's bank details and a bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
To do this, please navigate to the Enthuse Platform > Verification Centre.
Here you can add your bank details and upload the bank statement dated within the last 3 months. Please make sure the date and charity name are visible on a headed bank statement.
Our Accounts Team will then review and approve the bank statement and email you when it has been approved.
How often will my charity be paid out?
Every month between 16th-20th of each month for the month before.
E.g. For all of the donations taken in April, you will be paid out between 16th-20th of May.
Can my charity be paid out more frequently?
Yes. Please see these instructions on how to request this.
