How do I know which payment provider I am using?

The Enthuse platform provides multiple payment processing solutions, and there are some differences in reporting. Here's how to find out which solution you're using.

Solution 1: payments are being processed and paid out by Enthuse

If your view looks like this, your payments are being processed and paid out by Enthuse.




Here's what that means:

  • Each month you'll receive a payout containing donations made between the first and last day of the previous month. These will be shown in Payouts

  • This will usually be paid between 16th-20th of the month.
    You'll receive a statement email from us

  • To receive payouts, you'll need to add your bank details and upload a statement, in the Verification Centre


Solution 2: payments are being processed and paid out by Stripe

If your view looks like this, you're using Stripe Connect.




Here's what that means:

  • Your donations are being processed and paid out via a Stripe account that's managed for you as part of the Enthuse platform

  • Your donations can be paid out daily, weekly or monthly. Please reach out to us if you would like to make a change to your payout frequency or date

  • To receive donations, you will need to complete the verification process in the Verification Centre


Payouts From Enthuse

If you have "Payouts From Enthuse" in your view, this will contain monthly payouts from Enthuse - same as solution 1 above.
