When participants register for an event via a Mass Participation Event Partner's website, a fundraising page will be created for them on the official fundraising platform, powered by Enthuse. This is a frictionless and easy user journey that provides a number of benefits:

  • Fundraising page creation will feel seamless and like part of the registration process, with no need to create a separate account.

  • Fundraising pages will be fully branded with the logo and colours of the charity that the participant has chosen to support.

  • Enthuse also puts the charity in control of its communications and data.

Fundraisers can choose to fundraise with alternative fundraising platforms if they wish, and it is not mandatory to use the official online fundraising partner.

Their fundraising page will still be created through the registration process but they can request that the page be closed once registered. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Requesting closure to the Enthuse Support team

  2. By your charity administrators using the instructions in this article.
