Marketing Permission Statement: Post Opt-out

Learn how to switch your "Post" marketing permission channel to Opt-out

As of March 4th 2025, you can configure your Marketing Permission Statement across Enthuse Donations & Fundraising to have Post as an Opt-out channel instead of an Opt-in.

Who can make this change:

Charity Administrators and Charity Managers with access to Enthuse Donations & Fundraising.


What you need to do:

  • If you select the "Opt-out" option, you will see the option to configure the opt-out text with the default set as shown:

  • When "Opt-out" is selected, the Post option will be split from the other channels and shown as a checkbox underneath, as shown in the preview at the bottom of the page:

  • When "Not requested" is selected, the Post option is removed from the channel selection and the checkbox is also not shown:
