Why are donors asked to leave a gift on the platform?
In line with industry standards, charities can choose to give the supporter the option to leave a small gift to contribute towards the cost of our platform when they make a donation.
Donors will see a message about this on our platform when they make a payment. This is totally optional and down to the donors and how much they have and want to give.
