We understand that some users are encountering issues with syncing their Strava data to their fundraising pages for the Stride for Gaza event.

Issue Explanation: You might be experiencing difficulty syncing your Strava data to your fundraising page due to a few reasons:

  1. Strava Outage: Strava, the platform used for tracking your activities, had experienced an outage, causing disruptions in data syncing.

  2. Volume exceeding capacity: Due to the fantastic efforts by fundraisers, we are receiving significantly more data than expected which isn't being able to be processed by our system

Solution in Progress: We are working with Strava directly to extend capacity so none of your future activity data is missed

Temporary Solution: In the meantime, while we're resolving these technical hiccups, you can manually add your miles to your fundraising page. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your fundraising account.

  2. Navigate to your fundraising page for the Stride for Gaza event.

  3. Look for an option to manually add your activity or miles.

  4. Enter the relevant information, such as the distance covered, and save the changes.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these syncing issues. Rest assured, we are actively working on fixing them to ensure a smooth experience for all. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
