Most web browsers allow you to install extensions or "add-ons." Extensions are small applications that add features to your browser, and enhance or modify the way websites are displayed.

Some extensions can block payments from being made or personal details from being entered by affecting things like cookies and reCAPTCHA.

If you installed an extension in your web browser, but you don't want to use it anymore, you can disable the extension, or permanently remove it.

Note: Using a private browsing or incognito window may disable some extensions, so we recommend trying this first.
