When you're viewing an event overview in the Enthuse Events back office, you'll see 'Key statistics'. These are high-level overview totalisers of registration and donation activity metrics, so it's an excellent quick indicator of how your event is performing.
Registrations
Registrations: number of supporters who have signed up for your event
Registrations today: number of supporters who have signed up for your event today
Total revenue: total revenue processed through ticket sales, donations through the registration form, merchandise and registrant fee cover
Donations
Donations made: number of donations made through the registration form
Average donation: average donation value made through the registration form
Total raised: total donations processed through the registration form
Fundraising
Pages created: number of fundraising pages created
Photos loaded: number of photos added as updates to fundraising pages
Pages w/ donations: number of fundraising pages which have been donated to
Total raised: total donations processed through personal fundraising pages (excluding team pages)
Average page total: average donation sum across personal fundraising pages (excluding team pages)
Top tip! Use this data to optimise your event as you go! For example, if you notice the average page total is lower than expected, encourage your registrants to share their pages on social media to raise more.
