Support Article (Enthuse Events)- Deleting users from registration

Our events platform allows charities to delete users from an event’s registration.

  1. Log into the Enthuse Events platform

  2. Click Manage Events > Event List in the sidebar. This will bring up a list of the events you have.

3. Click on the event you need to edit

Next, click on Manage Registrations > Registrations

4. You can search the event’s registrants by name, registration number and team

5. Click the pencil under the heading Edit

6. Click the order number

Here the registrant’s order details will appear

7. Under Cart details, select Delete

8. A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to confirm to delete the registration
