Customising email receipts helps create a ‘personal touch’ for the entrants. It also enables you to reinforce their company brand image and event logo, as well as write a message to each entrant to thank them for signing up for the event.
Go to the ‘Settings’ section in the event on the left-hand side:
Go to the ‘Emails’ option in the submenu for 'Settings':
Click 'Edit' on the Receipt email:
You can edit the following elements:
Email from name
A subject line
Add an attachment
Add a banner image
A summary of registration details, which is shown by default and can be customised as needed
A personal email message which can include dynamic data is added by clicking the 'Email parameters' in the left-hand menu.
