Customising email receipts helps create a ‘personal touch’ for the entrants. It also enables you to reinforce their company brand image and event logo, as well as write a message to each entrant to thank them for signing up for the event.

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ section in the event on the left-hand side:

  2. Go to the ‘Emails’ option in the submenu for 'Settings':

  3. Click 'Edit' on the Receipt email:

  4. You can edit the following elements:

    1. Email from name

    2. A subject line

    3. Add an attachment

    4. Add a banner image

    5. A summary of registration details, which is shown by default and can be customised as needed

    6. A personal email message which can include dynamic data is added by clicking the 'Email parameters' in the left-hand menu.
