What support will be available to you over the festive period?
Full support coverage is being provided up to 4pm Dec 20th 2024 and from 9am Jan 6th 2025.

Support response times will be longer than usual during this period and in the first week from Jan 6th 2025.
Alternatively, you can speak to our Capibot. He can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the enthuse platform and help centre. Capi is able to resolve more than 95% of queries immediately, and if he can’t, he’ll pass it on to our Support Team for review.
